In addition to our monthly fee, we require a one-time implementation fee for setup. This fee covers the extra work we put into getting your accounting systems up and running, including migrating your data, setting up software integrations, and ensuring everything is ready to go. The one-time investment is typically twice your monthly accounting fee.
Implementation fee = (Monthly fee x 2)

We bill on a monthly subscription basis. We accept payments via ACH or credit card. ACH transactions are free, while credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee. Your payment information will be collected securely upon sign-up. We bill in advance, due by the 1st of each month.
If you cancel your plan, Accountable Numbers will be removed as your Accountant on file in QuickBooks Online but your QuickBooks account will still be active. In order to keep your bookkeeping records, you will transition to paying QuickBooks directly for their platform. Your data will not be deleted by Accountable Numbers.
It’s up to you! Accountable Numbers can serve are your complete virtual accounting department, or you may choose to handle some bookkeeping functions in-house.
We will need someone on your staff as a point of contact, however, they do not need to have accounting skills (we’ll train as needed).
Yes! Support is included in all plans. We are happy to answer any questions you might have. Our team aims to respond to client inquiries in under 2 business hours.
