# Accountable Numbers

> Accountable Numbers is an outsourced, Controller-led accounting department for growing companies and nonprofits. We run the money: billing and collections, bills and payments, cash-flow forecasting, and the books, reporting and KPIs.

Accountable Numbers (Accountable Processes, Inc.) is based in Memphis, TN, and serves clients across the United States. Instead of hiring billing, accounts payable, bookkeeping, controller and planning roles one by one, a client gets one dedicated "Accountable Team", led by a Controller (currently CEO Amanda Hendren), that runs all of it. Clients approve; the team executes; the Controller reviews every payment and every monthly close. Accountable Numbers is not a public accounting firm and does not provide services that would require a license to practice public accountancy.

## What we run (the four pillars)

- **Money in**: Full billing from "sold" forward, and AR follow-up, including calling clients who owe you money.
- **Money out**: Accounts payable end to end: approving vendors, paying them correctly, tracking every due date.
- **What's ahead**: Cash-flow projections, financial model updates, scenario modeling and budgeting.
- **What it means**: Bookkeeping, financial reporting, KPI measurement and budget-to-actual, walked through with you monthly.

- **Core Accounting**: 1% of annual revenue per year, minimum $1,650/month. A dedicated team with Controller oversight; month-end close by the 25th.
- **Advanced Accounting** (all four pillars): 1.5% of annual revenue per year, minimum $2,500/month. Adds a dedicated Controller, advanced reporting and close by the 15th.
- Any company above $10M in revenue: custom quote.
